Privileges

• I am a cis woman. I have cis privilege, but I lack male privilege.
• I am bisexual. I lack heterosexual privilege but will occasionally have access to it.
• I have the privilege of being a white person of Scandinavian ancestry in a Scandinavian country.
• I am allistic (non-autistic) and able-bodied. However, I am neurodivergent: I suffer from a mental illness which affects my ability to function in a way that is considered normal. So my privilege in this area is… complicated.
• I was born poor and remain poor. I lack class privilege. However, living in Denmark means I have opportunities that poor people in other countries lack.
